It provides an array of benefits, easy Aches and soreness .  A Dr. Teal's Epsom Salt is an easy achievable way to sooth sore muscle after workout help spud recovery and get you back in the game of life.

How To Use; Pour 2cups of Epsom Salt to warm water bath and soak for 20 munites  OR  create a muscle -relaxing paste by dissolving  2 teaspoon of Dr, Teal's pure salt soak into a cup of hot water and rub into s0rte muscle. Mostly 2times a week for effective result .
